I simply cannot describe the fantastic customer service my wife and I received today!! I called in my order and they put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement for my wife, who was having a very difficult day today. They took time to ask what kind of arrangement I wanted (I was in Iowa today for work), and they delivered this incredible arrangement to Breezy Point! I called at the last minute for a event for my son that slipped my mind they saved the day for me!
The corsage and boutonnière were beautiful! My son and his date loved them!
The store was gorgeous and was the first florist I’ve been in that actually smelled like beautiful flowers!

Be careful when you use the blue hyper link associated with the floral shop. I thought I was ordering on line with Northwoods servicing my order. That is not the case. It went to a company in New Jersey who charged an outrageous amount. When I tried to cancel, they would not do it, citing that Mother's Day is a holiday. It was against company policy to cancel orders surrounding a holiday, they said. I never did get my flowers delivered, as I was told by mother's caregiver that the local floral shop (not Northwoods) needed my number. Of course, they never answered when I tried to call them. My advice
