Brenda Carbone and her partner, Kristy Carbone chose to open o2 Wellness Center amidst a challenging economy because of the direct affect the integrative services had on their lives.
Our water is ionized water with a pH of 8.5-11.0 which it makes it basic, or alkaline. How does this affect you? On an every day basis we are subjected to toxins in the environment, in the food we eat and in the things that we drink. These toxins do not allow our bodies to reach our optimal potential.
The Body Balancing Beauty System we use is a product of several decades of bioenergetic research, and its innovative technology rejuvenates the body, mind, and spirit by de-stressing, harmonizing, and rebalancing. The Body Balancing Beauty System operates on the principles of bio-electric functioning of the body, and it stimulates appearance through a high-speed digital sensing interface and sophisticated waveform generator.

Recently had knee surgery and was looking for a way to shorten my recovery, was told that O2 Wellness could help. Spoke with Brenda and her daughter Kristy (owners) about red light therapy and it's benefits. I started a short program and saw immediate results! After 3 weeks I was back jogging and the scar tissue is barely visible! This is by far the best Wellness place I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot! Brenda is so caring and kind! The day I went in there I was a crying mess, and she helped me so much! I got the best vitamin Bs. Working with my doctor I had a vitamin defenency that had me in a bad place. I am happy and healthy again!

Well for one, The minute I found out I couldn't take them I called back within that week, I asked the girl that assisted me if I can return the HCG Package(out of 7 items only 2 were open but never used) and she said they don't do any returns. Secondly, it's extremely overpriced. You think you're getting some kind of deal and you're really not. I spent almost $400 that day....come to find out..all the supplements I bought came to a total of $100 . There are some items if you even look up by the company they're selling you from where their products are less than $10

I have been coming here for almost a month now. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They make u feel very well relaxed. They genuinely care about your health and the goals you are trying to accomplish. They offer many services from health to pampering. As for my chosen service (lipo lite), it was worth every penny! I never measured my waistline inches before the treatment because I never really notice my change when doing that. This time I bought a belt a week before my treatment, 3 weeks later the belt is too big! I took before pictures of myself and I can definitely see the difference

I Love this Place. Brenda the owner couldn't be nicer. I found her place by accident one day. I had an appointment with a dr in the same area. I stoped into the wellness center to ask for directions. Brenda gave me a tour of the center and after myy dr appointment I went back over. She put me on a vibe machine because I'd been having hip pain. It really made me feel much better.
I've been going there for a year now and I've lost 12 pounds and I feel great.
She also has the best skin care and Make up you can buy any where.
One thing I love about Brenda she doesn't sell anything

Wow, I just had a vibing session at O2 Wellness in San Clemente and I feel phenomenal. It feels like my organs were massaged from the inside out. It is a fantastic wellness center with sauna, vibing machines, facials, and the most phenomenal collection of products, hand picked with care and tested by owner, Brenda Betancourt. She carries G.M. Collin skin care products, which of course, are the best skin care out there, but other health care, nutritional and beauty gems as well. This place is amazing! I had been to another place that had infrared saunas but this place blows it out of the water! The sauna is HUGE. I went in with a work injury and I can't take anti-inflammatory drugs. In one session I felt incredible! I had been suffering with pain for a week! Plus I had never heard of the viber machine! I have had 2 sessions and can't believe the difference! Too bad workers comp wont pay for this type of treatment!

O2 Wellness Center is fantastic! I walked out of there on cloud nine after doing the foot detox, sauna, crystal therapy and viber. I felt so good on my drive back to Long Beach, I went hiking in Laguna Hills and after that almost felt like a couldn't drive because it was a natural high.
The viber machine is really interesting and the results are groundbreaking. Brenda is such a wonderful host and needs to get on shows like Ellen to educate the public about the alternative health benefits the viber has.

Fabulous, knowledgeable, and friendly staff! The atmosphere is relaxed while being introduced to a ton of services that you never new could benefit health! lol I'm pretty frugal, so the packages were the best bang for my buck :)

Vibing has helped core strength, posture, back pain, and circulation.
Infrared sauna was an incredible detox that was tolerable, unlike traditional saunas.
I have skin problems and like the previous review, the Kagan water helped also!
