One of the simplest ways to describe a ceramic coating is to think about your vehicles surface. Your vehicle has several layers of paint on it. A ceramic coating is a sacrificial layer of protection over your vehicles finish. Unitizing nanotechnology, ceramic coatings create a bond to your vehicles clear-coat.
XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a virtually invisible self-healing clear film applied to high-impact areas of your vehicle to protect from rock chips, minor scuffs and scratches, bugs, tar, sap or bird droppings. Our paint protection film is computer cut to fit your exact vehicle specifications.

We had an accident inside our car that got all over the seats and floor and left an unbearable smell. Contacted them, they got us in right away and had our car back the same day. Only charged us for the area we requested to be cleaned and that area looked brand new when we got it back. Quality work, fair prices, friendly communication, and professional service. Would definitely recommend!

Shop SS Auto Detailing this holiday and for every holiday! That's the short story. Here's the longer version:
I live in Portland (OR) and my mom lives in Ohio. Last year around this time, I was on the phone with her and she told me she was thinking of getting some kind of ceramic coating on her new car. I said, "Whaaaa?"
I'd never heard of what she was describing, and being an only son 2,000 miles away, of course my mind went to dark places. Some kind of flimflam snake oil!
So, I casually teased the name of the company from her and started doing research. It sounded legit, and my 5-star review

Took my 2019 Mustang in for a ceramic detox, (ceramic put on several years ago), stone chip repair, and that weekend went to Polaris Quaker State for a Mustang cruise-in to Mansfield Reformatory for a tour. Still clean and shiny after all of that driving. Love not having to wax anymore, and the ease of bucket washing, keeping it shiny. I drive it daily in the non salt months so I do get it dirty. But unless you get up close, the shine still over powers the light dirt that occurs. I love "getting looks" or "lookbacks".

A great professional experience. Had the Opti Coat Pro Plus done to my 2015 Dodge 2500 Longhorn. The polish and ceramic coating brought the vehicle back to a showroom appearance. Leather interior looks and feels new. A great way to add value to a vehicle.

Troy and the crew at S&S detail were excellent. They did a fantastic job polishing my new 2021 Kia stinger and applying a ceramic coating of my choice. After weeks of researching and many YouTube videos, I was determined do use optimum technologies pro plus ceramic coating. Then I began searching for the closest dealer for a professional install. S&S detail was my choice, Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed.

SS Auto Detailing did an incredible job ceramic coating my Camaro. I wanted to wait a few months to write this review to see how the coat held up, and let me tell you, it is AWESOME! Well worth your money to protect your car and make it shine! It's hard to get a picture that shows the effects of the ceramic coat, but just imagine rolling your car out from a fresh detail and shine- everyday!

I brought my 2013 Camry hybrid in for an interior detail and paint repair. It came out looking brand new! I plan to bring my SUV in for a ceramic coating. All employees were extremely nice and helpful. I appreciated the text messages notifications and online invoice. I can tell by their social media presence and how they manage their appointments and finances that they are investing in the company. Would highly recommend to others.
