Founded in 1991, Twin "D" Inc., is a pipeline maintenance contractor. The company was founded by two brothers, Dave and Mark Denny, and continues to be a family-owned company with 15-20 employees. Twin D is headquartered in Layton, UT but has a service footprint including Utah, Idaho and Wyoming. Per year, we clean approximately 2.0 million feet of pipe and video inspect approximately 1.5 million feet of pipe.
Dave and Mark have 50+ years of combined experience in the wastewater industry and have participated in the cleaning and/or video inspection of several million feet of various pipe types and sizes over the years. Additionally, they have taught and attended classes and technical conferences at the national, regional, and local levels.

Services
When it comes to pipeline cleaning there are two major categories: Existing pipeline and new construction. With a fleet of Combination Cleaners, Twin D can help get the pipe clean no matter the situation. Twin D's core cleaning business is centered on sewer and storm drain pipe with diameters between 6" and 96".
Hydro or Vacuum excavation uses high-pressure water to cut into soil while a high-flow vacuum draws the debris up and out of the hole and into a debris tank. Due to safety concerns with traditional mechanical digging, Hydro-Excavation has become the standard for below-ground utility locating.
Twin D provides excavation services to locate fiber optics, natural gas lines, petroleum pipelines, water mains and any other underground utility that requires care while uncovering.This method can also be used for digging trenches, digging holes, sign and pole installation, underground pipe rehab, landscaping etc.

Rotational Maintenance Plans are established to provide a schedule to properly manage, operate, and maintain all parts of a collection systems. The management of such systems is crucial for the entities risk management efforts and compliance to federal, state and local mandates.
