Traveling and had problems with my transfer case which required checking the fluid level. Previous mechanic had over tightened the plug and they were worried about it getting stripped. They were very professional and helpful in getting me to a dealership to help with the problem. No charge for their time. It's nice to run into a helpful shop. I recommend them on their courtesy and straight forward honesty. Kudos to them.
