I used Grant with 1 Percent to sell my mothers home in Beau Chene subdivision when she passed. It was a tough time for me and my family and we were willing to unload it. Grant went out of his way to make sure we got what it was worth -- even though we would have accepted less. And he only charged us 1%. Can't speak highly enough of Grant and his team!
