Furnace blower went out on a Sunday and the on call tech helped save a $600 visit. They showed up first thing in the morning and were here with space heaters before the other two places even called me back. I now have a new furnace and the basement is cleaner than when the arrived. Our water heater suddenly pooped out after 10 years of service.

Our heat went out overnight, we woke up and discovered the problem and called Pearson. They were there within 3 hours that day (ahead of schedule quoted). We we're amazed because it was-10*F that day!! Pearson provided fast, professional service, honest and up front about costs. Our furnace was repaired and we are so thankful for Pearson!

Just moved into Rockford. 1960s home. Hot water heater failed... called Pearson, reasonable price, quick service, friendly communication! Very pleased 10/10

A week later turned on the heat... The fan blows but no heat... freaking out it's getting cold out So I called Pearson for a quote. New furnace installed. Quick service, excellent communication! Very pleased again 10/10

I've had hot water heaters & furnace install done at my last home and Pearson pricing was right in line with those prices. Fair. Pleased with Pearson

I had always thought Pearson was expensive for some reason. But recently I had an important rather large job and I got 10 quotes. They were reasonable, professional, and available. Many places had a 6-8 week lag time. Every employee I interacted with was amazing, helpful, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked incredibly fast.… They know their stuff and went above and beyond on my bathroom addition. After this experience I have decided to use their company for all my plumbing needs. They have 100% exceeded my expectations and I feel very confident in recommending them

What an amazing company he did a great job putting in a shut off valve, in my basement. It’s the water that comes from my outside main. I highly recommend their company very professional and they do a great job!

I had someone out for an estimate a week ago and never heard back. If he wasn't interested in doing the work, it would have been better to just say so rather than leave us waiting. We could have had someone else come out sooner. This is not a good look for your business.

Paid $116 for them to come out and not fix my furnace. They told me 2 things needed to replace and that it would be over $2,000. Then told us we might as well buy a whole new one for $3,000. Just got it fixed today and it was a valve issue. Not even the items pearson said it was. Very disappointed.

This company's best service man, Mark, has knowingly lied about the solution of the problem to gain a more expensive solution. I called Pearson Plumbing because of the reputation for quality and swift response upon receiving my service request. ISSUE: Water was seeping into the basement. Mark came to assess the situation. SOLUTION; Mark… communicated that he had to dig a 4 x 4 ft hole so he can get access to the leaky water line coming into the house. Then he would cut out the incoming water pipe and replace it. Was scheduled between noon - 5:00, was very happy he was able to arrive before 2:00! John is a fantastic new plumber, he had to unclog two toilets and one of them required him to clear the line about 20 feet! He was courteous, professional, and cleaned up when he was done. The price was well worth the work he did! Kudos to Pearson for finding such a great employee!

Excellent and immediate service. Yes, you may pay a little more than others, but you certainly get what you pay for. I have had major installation, routine and emergency service and it has all been accomplished quickly, professionally and right the first time. Today, I called at 8:15 am and technician Keith Anderson responded at 10:35. Quickly diagnosed the problem (warranty part needed) the office called at 2:30 and said they had the part, Keith called me a few minutes later and said he picked it up an was enroute. I have used these guys in the past for a new central air system and they were great. Called for plumbing help. Got an appt for 915 am. At 930 I called because I had not seen a plumber yet. I was informed it was set for between 9 and noon. At 1159 I called again since no one still had shown up or called. Whoever answered could have cared less that I had not been seen. She had no clue when I would be seen and did not know where the plumber was even at. I was quite frustrated as I had standing water in my basement. The person on the phone had no clue I had standing water. I called another company

We have used Pearson a few times for heating and air conditioning issues, each time was a good experience from the office person to the tech, wait time for appointments was acceptable and the the service people were nice, polite and made repairs quickly, prices for HVAC was average.

Had a service call and then after the fact couldn't get anyone to follow up with me until maybe 4 months later. Now they are wanting to be paid for the original time coming out but wouldn't re-send the invoice because they said they have sent it multiple times. I have no problem paying but when you can't even tell me where you sent it or resend it, its going to be difficult to get them there $. Not the way to run a business. We have switched to someone else.
