Lied about cavities for all of my toddlers for the insurance money took them to a place in east lansing and the dentist told us we had be lied to.. showed us the X-rays and everything.. I’m going to Be reporting them to my insurance and the national dental association. The worst part about all this is my kids are very young four toddlers .. we have gotten other opinions other than the one in east lansing they all told us we had been lied too.. owosso dental never offered to show x rays .. every other place was more than happy to show us on their own didn’t even have to ask .. Was quoted a price upfront before any work completed. Waited to have it confirmed with my insurance. Fast forward to having work completed - different price 3 times the amount at the end of my procedure and it’s because the dentist decided to use a different color filling that insurance only pays 30% for. I was NOT asked prior to this being done, was not informed it would be more UNTIL they wanted their money. Make them quote you exactly and make them perform only that work. Next time it will be a written quote. Cancelled all appointments and went elsewhere.

I was in and out in a timely manner, and the staff is usually smiley. My hygienist, Heather, is the real reason I stay though. She is amazing, friendly, and always remembers anything I tell her about my teeth, and even past conversations. The best part though, she has never once hurt my mouth when cleaning or flossing during my visits, like hygienists have in the past. :)

Was able to make an appointment quickly and the office worked with me to fill multiple fillings before I moved out of state in a week! At other dental offices this would have taken months to accomplish! Dentist was professional and friendly. Hygienists are not only welcoming but also great at their job! My cleaning and X-rays were painless and I felt a huge difference after my appointments! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!
