I contacted this business for a refrigerator issue and he was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He didn’t try to sell himself and even though he couldn’t help me with this issue, I would gladly give him a call for any other appliances in my home. Anyone else would have wasted my money, but he took the phone call and talked me through what he would do. I respect that!
