Dr. Michael Uphues, DO has been a Family Medicine and ER Physician for over 20 years, practicing the past 17 years up on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation.

What do I need to bring to my appointment if I am looking to get my Medical Cannabis Card? We see patients for many acute conditions that may take days for you to get an appointment with your regular Doctor.
Patients: If you do not have your medical records for your Doctors appointment, we have a release form in red above that is our generic form. If you have a specific hospital or clinic that has them, please print off a copy and take it to that facility's "MEDICAL RECORDS DEPARTMENT". They will fax or mail your records to our office free of charge to you.

I've been a patient of dr. uphues for 8 years now! And when we first met I was actually turning yellow! I found out I have stage 4 cirrhosis! So I started to get off of medications that we're literally killing my liver now 8 years later I'm off insulin for diabetes and starting to feel better without that medication, so if anyone needs professional help go see dr. uphues!

He listens well, guides and advices you and especially seniors for the most optimal therapy protocols and with his kind, professional bedside manner, makes you feel safe and comfortable. I originally had an appointment scheduled with Wellness Solutions (they have a monthly clinic in Billings) , but this turned out to be a big cluster f#ck and no doctor was there until few hours later. So I had to find another clinic/doctor in Billings asap, because my Medical card was about to expire. So I stumbled upon Caduceus Medical Partners and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day! I went the following day and was greeted by a very nice front desk and the doctor was amazing too and so I left 20 mins later with my recommendation. I highly recommend Caduceus Medical Partners
