Services
Health Dimensions Rehabilitation is a Medicare Certified Rehabilitation Agency. HDR's therapists currently provide services in Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We provide services in skilled nursing facilities, assisted and independent senior living centers, hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, pediatric clinics, daily activity centers, and child care centers.
Focuses on helping children improve their functioning in meaningful daily activities by utilizing evidence-based strategies to provide therapy. Focuses on improving a child's production of speech sounds, words, and phrases as well as their ability to understand and express language. Focuses on improving a child's ability to successfully and safely eat a variety of different foods to expand a child's food repertoire and diet.
In addition to our therapy services, we provide a variety of billing, program development and evaluation, consulting and management services to independent therapy clinics. HDR has customers who seek our assistance in development and management of their own rehabilitation services. We are able to offer guidance on quality assurance, financial management, program evaluation, feasibility studies and utilization review.
