Had a windshield stone chip repaired, it was a perfect job.
TONY KADO was professional & friendly. I would highly recommend coming here for windshield repair or replacement seeing that it was fixed the same day i called and it cost a lot less. I checked two other places and both of those were TWO WEEKS behind and had a much higher repair cost.

I had an appointment today to have the windshield on my truck replaced. Tony got me in with a last minute appointment. I have never had auto glass issues with any of my vehicles so this was a first time experience. I was floored at how professional Tony was throughout the entire process. The shop was very clean and the employees were all respectable. The entire process took just over 3 hours from drop off to the phone call saying it was ready. I did like the fact that once I picked my truck up Tony explained that the windows needed to stay cracked until the glass sealant properly dried. I will

Was driving on 23 near Ann Arbor and the driver of the company car threw a full can of a beverage out the window. Caused my vehicle to swerve and miss. Plate bls2351.
Called to their service number to provide this feedback but no answer.

I had the WORSE experience.... I was told to be there at 9 am. Upon arriving I was informed it would take 2/12 hours... i said I would wait. After two and half hours I was told the glass wasnt even there!!!!! Than half hour later I was told the glass that just came in was defective???? Than I was told they would come to my house at 3 to put new windshield.... well at 330 I CALLED only to be told they COULD NOT fix it that day.... say what???? You wasted my whole day for nothing???? How dare you!!!! I know things come up, I can understand that.... But they knew at 9 am that the glass was not there

They installed my windshield incorrectly. My car horn began BLARING and would not stop because the sensor thought that someone was breaking in because of the gap left by the installation. When I called them desperately to ask what was wrong they said it was not their fault and didn't assist me at all. I gave them 5 stars before but after that fiasco, I wouldn't recommend.

We went in with a chip in the windshield and a groupon coupon on June 4. We were first told by the manager (who claims also to be the owner and didn't give his name) the groupon would not cover the chip but suggested we call our insurance company to make a claim (as the company has a zero deductible for chip repairs). We called the insurance company and the repair was approved, and the windshield chip was repaired. Cracks began developing at the spot soon after. Over two weeks this grew into two much bigger cracks on either side of the initial chip.

Dad dropped his SUV off for a windshield repair. It was supposed to only take the afternoon but after the new glass wasn't delivered, Simbol bent over backwards to try to make up for it. not his fault. Had the truck ready first thing in the morning. Glad to know good customer service is still around.

I had Gibson help me out while I was here. I had a crack in my new car, and he offered me a deal on my very high insurance deductible. I ended up paying less, and had great service. Gibson was very nice, was honest about the cost and did my work quickly and efficiently.
He worked with my insurance company directly, and managed all that aspect which was a great relief.

Gibson is the customer service rep here and he goes above and beyond the call of duty to help you and give you the best value for their services. I highly recommend this place for auto glass, alarms and accessories for your vehicle. My sister had a small crack in her windshield, he fixed that for$0.00 and replaced my windshield, that was shattered with one that looked better than the original!! They are more reasonable than anyone. You can't beat the customer service for the money here!!
