Careful working with Gstiles. They ended our lease when it was up and told us multiple times that it was because the owner was no longer working with them. They lied. We ended up having to move in with family because the rental market is very difficult right now. They just reposted the house for rent and are now saying that they felt our family was too large for the house and the owner prefers families with no children. We were never late on rent as we paid the whole year up front, took good care of the place and got back almost our entire deposit. You can do everything right and they’ll turn

Just at the time in my life when I need someone to count on and and G Stiles Realty did NOT come through.
I need to rent my house out as I'm moving. I received a copy of the property management contract and met with staff last Wednesday at my home. I found their contract between agent and owner extremely lacking. One clause in the contract states there is reserve trust fund account; however, verbally I'm told this doesn't occur. Why sell yourself as something you aren't, in a legally binding contract?
In addition during the face to face meeting it was suggested by staff
