Not very organized or professional. I called for an estimate and from there I should have taken the warning. Nothing was easy about getting anything scheduled. I was informed they would call me the next day to schedule, but I recieved a call from the owner days later indicating " I am five minutes away"! I accepted even though I was not even out of bed at the time. I forewarned that a mask would be required BEFORE entering my home. His entire energy changed. He replied in a drab voice " IM NOT COMING IN-???? IS COMING IN". The other salesman came in with mask and did measurements. He instructed
