Initially this physician's office experience was good, but around the summer of 2014 this office went through so many changes with staffing that the experience of dealing with this office became incredibly difficult. Mistakes were made in documenting diagnosis where the diagnosis communication was inaccurate to the patient, transmissions of medical records became a problem and the billing component of this office is inadequate. The billing department is a nightmare and communication between staff members is questionable. Do yourself a favor and find another physician's office.

The office itself is just ok, the practice on Roosevelt Dr. They are not cost-effective. If you don't have insurance, they bill out at around $175.00 / 15 minute visit. I've been a patiant for 10+years, but due to recent experiences, am in the process of changing doctors. You need to double check all the paperwork. Routinely, the DR would order a panel of tests, lets say 6 tests. The blood technicion would only do 5 of them, on accident. When i would go in for follow-up, they would take blood for the 6th test. The would expect me to come in for another follow-up and PAY for an additonal office
