Haake Manufacturing operates a fully equipped quality department which includes a Virtek Laser Inspection system as well as more traditional tools and gauges. Our ISO 9001 certified quality management system exemplifies our commitment to quality.

Our Virtek automated laser inspection system with first article inspection, statistical process control (SPC) and reverse engineering capabilities allows us to comply with the most rigorous quality standards.Will provide detailed, printed color inspection records to meet requirements for ISO and QS reporting.
Haake Manufacturing can provide laser cut parts in various material types. With both CO2 and Fiber lasers, steel, stainless, aluminum, brass and copper can all be processed. Laser cutting is one of the most cost effective processes for parts that need cleaner edges, that have difficult profiles or tight tolerances or that require smaller kerf and heat affected zones.
With a punch capacity to 30 tons and a maximum sheet size of 50" x 100", our Trumpf CNC punching machines are ideal for a wide variety of applications. These machines feature position accuracy to.002 inch and utilize automatic part removal and automated sheet processing for loading and unloading parts.
Our CNC brakes are ideally suited for the forming of chassis, panels, brackets and many other components. The Trumpf Bendmaster with it's mechanical and vacuum grippers is capable of handling components weighing up to 88 pounds. With a maximum component format of 40" x 80" and maximum profile for parts of 120" x 40", chassis with multiple bends are processed in minutes, with the first part exactly matching the last.
