Tellico Farm Cottage is located on our sixth generation Burris family farm. Enjoy sunrise or sunset watching cattle graze against the scenic mountain backdrop. The rocking chairs or porch swing is the perfect spot to start or end your day. Our garage and carport with paved drive and ample parking is a favorite with motorcycle enthusiasts.

We are located just off TN-360 two miles from the Cherohala Skyway in Tellico Plains, TN. Western North Carolina and North Georgia are just a one hour drive from the cottage. We welcome you to our Farm Cottage and hope you find time to relax and enjoy yourself while you are our guest.

What a beautiful cottage. So nice inside. The beds are a very comfortable firm. Plenty of pillows. The porch is a great place to hang out and enjoy the view. I was already looking to book again before we left.

This place is absolutely amazing. Joe is there to answer any question and is very helpful. This is my first time renting a house instead of a hotel. I will be coming here every trip to Tennessee from now on, and tell all my clients about it in Florida. Thanks for making this place amazing.

Great B&B. Beautiful property, cozy house with plenty of sleeping space. Nice fire pit in the backyard. We loved our peaceful, relaxed stay here.

Wonderful family get away. Private and in the country. However no WiFi but Dish Network TV. No Landline telephone.
