IDR is committed to delivering only the highest quality professionals to all of our Clients. Our account managers work closely with each Client to understand their company, technologies and culture to make sure we find the right fit, every time. A Net Promoter Score of 82% from our Clients and 74.2% from our candidates (the industry average for clients is 28% and 18% for candidates).
Contract budgets and schedules can make it hard to predict if and when you bring onboard permanent additions to your team. When you need more staff but aren't sure if you want to hire someone permanently, IDR's contract to hire service is the perfect solution. IDR will negotiate conversions that fit your timetable and budget, which can be waived after contracts of a certain duration.
Staffing for a large project can be time-consuming and taxing when using multiple vendors. IDR provides our Clients with an easy solution: Statement of Work. IDR works closely with our Clients to learn the ins and outs of their business so that when it's time to staff for large projects, we're able to get your workforce needs just right.

BEST RECRUITERS EVER!!! Cannot say enough good things about these folks. Very professional, helped me get my dream job. They represented me to my employer very well, and I wanted nothing more than to make certain IDR looked good when I interviewed. I would not hesitate to work with them again.... but there is NO WAY I'm leaving my full time, non-contract current gig :)

This recruiting agency is a joke. They do not care about their contractor and are very greedy. They will talk you into a lower rate so they can make more off the top they charge a company. They have small little office in Dunwoody, your rushed through all the processes cause they want you working immediately so they can benefit off you. Do not quit your job and go to work with this company.

I was contacted by these recruiters here in Atlanta and I really regret I even spoke with them. They really know how to talk you into quitting your current job and taking an assignment with them, then you find out its not all what they claim to be, cause they will tell you how great its a place to work, etc etc. Then when you start you find things are not what you expected. There are many more better recruiters to work with in Atlanta, Just use caution when speaking with these recruiters and make sure you do your own deep research and speak in depth with the company you will be contracted to.Beware
