I've been a registered nurse for over 35 years and I have worked in everything from cancer research and dermatology to plastic surgery. I found my way into my current field of cosmetic aesthetics 25 years ago simply because I have always had a passion for helping people look and feel their best. I made it a personal mission to incorporate art into the science of aesthetics in order to of enhance the outer and inner beauty of my patients.
Rand Rusher is a registered nurse with over 20 years experience in all specialties relating to surgical and dermatologic medicine. He is one of the most sought-after injection and skin care consultants in the country - ranking with top doctors in the field.
He has achieved certification by several international pharmaceutical companies for his experience and skillful injection techniques and provides training in injectable techniques to other RN's and doctors around the world.In addition to his peer recognition, W Magazine named him in its "Black Book" of World's Best Addresses.

Michele graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1992 and began her career at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where she specialized in orthopedic nursing. In 1998, she moved to California and began her journey in the medical sales arena of Dermatology and Aesthetics. Michele describes herself as an artist, an educator, and a perfectionist.
Elizabeth and Rand have a history - she has worked with him since 2002 as the Office Coordinator at Leaf and Rusher Medical Skin Care Clinic. Originally from Wisconsin, Elizabeth has a Bachelor's degree in English and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and worked as a Patient Services Representative at Columbia/St.
The 1st voice you hear when you call RR Aesthetics is our Assistant Manager, Liz. Her positive energy and warm hospitality make her the perfect person to welcome you to the office and assist you with your appointment on the phone. Hands down best, loving Jamison, he does amazing work, natural, gorgeous, so happy with results. Gentle, extra, 10 out of 10 re our experience. Plus the entire staff.

I went to see Jamison. How can I put into words the gift that he gave me. I am nearing 52 and with Covid don't get out much and it was getting to me. I work from home and have started to be on Zoom calls. In these meetings all I can see is my face. On camera, I see all the things that make me look older than I feel. RR Aesthetics is a very friendly and pampering - I felt very relaxed by the atmosphere and treatment by both R and and his staff. When I met Rand, he was very personable and had an eye with a close attention for detail. He scrutinized my face and then went over the different options for me. I wanted something less permanent to make sure that I liked it and a very natural look. I was very impressed with RR Aesthetics. The location is beautiful, the staff is very attentive, I liked that the intake was all electronic to speed things up, but also be thorough. They prepared me by telling me what to avoid before my procedure, for better results. Trista was who they recommended as being awesome for my procedure, and I am a friend of a friend of the staff. My procedure was understandably a bit painful, as I am a bit of a wimp, but Trista took breaks for me and never rushed me. I liked her as being professional and will go back! First off, RR Aesthetics is centrally located in Beverly Hills with an easy/affordable metered parking lot just a block away, love that!
The office itself is very comfortable with a lovely staff that makes you feel safe and confident (sometimes even getting a small procedure can be a bit nervewracking).
Last week I saw Trista for the first time and she's a true artist with a gentle touch, not to mention kind and patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering injectables!

Rand Rusher was recommended to me by a plastic surgeon I know, since the surgeon does not like to do fillers and Botox etc. I trust the surgeon and went to see Rand who was very pleasant and professional. He took his time and I never felt rushed. He has an excellent eye and catches the smallest details. Rand is extremely light handed and I did not feel any discomfort. The offices are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I recommend RR Esthetics highly.

I recently had filler from Michelle and have never been more pleased with the aesthetic outcome. She is truly an artist!!! She explained to me exactly where I needed it and why, I have never been so pleased. By injecting my chin she has brought my profile into balance and created more symmetry along my cheek area. Prior to the recommendation to see her I had been all over town and spent thousands of dollars else where to look puffy and older than my age, I wish I had found her sooner. She will not disappoint!!

OMG! In 30 years of having fillers and Botox, starting in the old days of collagen injections, I have never been to such an advanced place. No other providers have the artistic sense that I found in Michelle! She is an artist and can do things I did not think possible without surgery. And, she is a total doll! The entire place is lovely, easy, calm, beautiful, serene and the medical treatment/beauty treatment is A++++
