I was born and raised in Ridgecrest, California. I completed my Bachelor's degree at the University of California in Riverside, California and then went on to complete my Medical School degree at Indiana University Medical School.

I completed my post graduate training at Indiana University Graduate School, General Surgery Internship at Indiana University Medical Center and Hand Surgery Fellowship at Good Samaritan Medical Center/Hand Surgery Associates.I then joined the United States Navy where I was a General Medical Officer for three years.

We will file your insurance claim provided that we are able to verify your insurance benefits and you have any referral required by your plan. In most cases, the payment will be sent directly to us. At this time, we will bill your second insurance, if you have provided us with that information. If your insurance company has not met their obligation in 6 weeks, it would be in your best interest to call them and find out the status of the claim.
