I needed some ballpark prices for my repair, but instead heard whining about how much he had to pay for HomeAdvisor. Then he hung up on me.
What a shame.
In response to the owner's response:
No need to feel sorry for my tenants sir ... this story just shows how attentive I am that it was the first thing to do in the morning. And there was no wishing me a good day, you simply hung up on me. When I tried to call you back thinking we got disconnected, you did not answer.
Furthermore, the range and oven got fixed today, and yes sir ... it Was the Element!
What a shame.

Everything went fine until I asked that the invoice be broken down between parts, labor and tax. For what ever reason that flipped Gary out and he told me to find soneone else. This is while he had taken the oven apart and ordered parts. Was he over charging for parts? thinking he might have purchased after market parts and a much cheaper price than OEM but charging me list? just dont know however but as mentioned something about asking for an itemized invoice that unset him. Lastly while installing one part he broke another, he said the part he broke was brittle, after checking it out myself it

Horrible customer service!!! Would never recommend this company for any service. Look elsewhere for any services, don't uses these guys! First off the lack of any troubleshooting, testing or anything was the first clue. We let that slide and let the process continue, our mistake. The owner/tech replaced a board hoping the used board, I did ask for a new one, would fix the fridge. It didn't, asked him to at least give the old board back and then asked about the situation. He erupted and said he was ambushed, we asked one question. Absolutely horrid customer service. Do not use

Ryan Cortez is great and skilled at his job. My Refrigerator stop working after a power outage . Ryan was a able to come out quickly and Diagnosed the issue right away. Luckily for me he had the part I needed in his truck and my Refrigerator was running in no time. He is a really nice guy with a great personality. I would high recommended Appliance Geek if you want the job done right the first time with reasonable prices.

I would give these guys 10-Stars if I could. My refrigerator went down today and they were out within an hour to fix my refrigerator. The price was below what I was expecting to pay! Gary and Ryan are really great and honest guys. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. I'm glad I found these guys..... Im glad I have a appliance repair connection.

Gary and Neal were great! They came out within two hours and quickly determined the problem! Part was ordered and replaced within 24 hours!!! Not only did I appreciate their quick response, but more importantly their honesty and fairness!!! I highly recommend Appliance Geek, you will not be disappointed!!!

We had our stove stop operating days before Thanksgiving and we called Apppliance Geek in Wilton.We talked to Neil and Gary and they agreed to come out the next day and examine stove.Gary arrived on time and determine the stove problem.The part had to be ordered from Fresno and was to arrive the Friday before Thanksgiving.However they were notified that the part would not be available until Thanksgiving eve due to shipping delays.I told Gary to please do what ever he could to get part as soon as possible.Gary text me by text on Sunday that he had received the part an he would come the next morning

Once again GARY to the rescue! You can't ask for better or faster service. My washer broke on a Sunday, called him that night and he was here the next day! I always look forward to seeing him. He's one of the kindest men I know. He's always very entertaining and and very thorough in his work. Fixed my washer in a jiffy and prices are extremely reasonable. Can't wait for another appliance to break down. JK

My 1st complaint: he did not go over the price before doing the repair.
He just assumed we would want the work done.
(I was confused because it says in his Ad that he always goes over price before starting repair)
The bill he gave us came to $223, for the 30 minute job.
My second complaint: When I asked him why he didn't go over the price with us before doing the work, he just said "do you want me to put your dryer back the way it was?" - what a waste of time. I said no - & asked him again , why wouldn't he just go over pricing before starting a job? He then said
