I had the pleasure of meeting Chef Sam Ly last night at Dallas City Fest and enjoyed the teriyaki chicken noodle bowl from The Blue Nomad food truck. The whole menu sounded amazing and it was hard to narrow our choice to one thing, but I think we chose well. My daughter and I shared our meal and it was very good - noodles and chicken with some cabbage in it as well. Nice teriyaki flavor w/o being sauce or overly sweet. Others nearby were enjoying the fried rice and the curry beef w/ noodles and recommended both to us. If you are ever at an event and see The Blue Nomad Grill, be sure to try it out
