The hinge on my laptop broke and my computer is very important to me, so I brought it in here to see if they could replace it. They replaced the part for me, but while they had it something happened with my version of windows that made it somehow break my keyboard and mousepad drivers. They were kind enough to not only see what the issue was, but they fixed it free of charge because it happened while they had my computer. Great service, I will recommend them to everyone from now on! Thank you again cyber express

I had a great experience with Cyber Express in Boardman. Brian and Shane were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They carefully listened to my questions and had clear, expert answers that I could understand. They told me exactly what they would do, the parts they would need to purchase, and approximately how much the total service would cost including the labor. The total cost was very reasonable. I dropped off my laptop on a Wednesday morning about 10:30 AM and picked up the finished product the next day around 3:30 PM. I highly recommend Cyber Express.

I'm a small business owner (consultant). I was pulling my hair out trying to sync multiple emails, calendars, and contact lists on both my desktop and new laptop. I took my Macbook Air here a while back because I had spilled a bit of water on it and wanted to make sure there was no real damage done to the hardware of my computer... computer was working fine when i dropped it off i just wanted a professional to look at it for good measure. after holding my laptop for a week, i finally had to call them to check the status of my laptop... when i called it was short and sweet "yeah the motherboard is completely fried and it'll be $900, do you want us to proceed with fixing it?" was all i got from them. i immediately went to pick up my computer
