All of these reviews are accurate, even for me the did great work . Now until you need them to come back, different story. Would have loved to have Oscar do the rest of my properties, but they didn't pass the test of service after the sale. If need needed I have a chain of text messages and emails , not to mention the phone calls . Promises , promises Good luck guys

We used Simon for exterior work on our house, they showed up to provide the estimate which is half the battle these days, Michelle provided the quote in a timely manner, they arrived on the dates they scheduled to work on and completed the project on time for a reasonable rate and the work was quality work. Highly recommend Simon Exterior Specialist. I also had no issues with the work team leaving any garbage behind either. Could not have asked for more. Great team.

My gutters were loose on my house. I was looking for estimates. Called on a Wednesday. I was told someone would be out Friday or Saturday. Three other companies gave me estimates. No one showed up and no one called. The following Monday, I hired one of the other companies. I got a call literally an hour after I hired the other company. I had read positive reviews of this company. They may do good work, but they have to show up or call to be hired.

We've had great work from them. Michelle provides the quotes in a timely manner, and the work crew shows up in the timeframe that was scheduled and does a good job. We had the siding replaced on our house and they also did some trim work replacing the outside frame around our french doors. Pricing is extremely reasonable.
