We called Randy last night at 7:30pm receiving a call back in less than 5 minutes. Randy came out today (ON HIS BIRTHDAY) and fixed our issues (THANK GOODNESS FOR HEAT). Highly recommend Randy’s heating and cooling to everyone. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working right and he came out to see what was wrong the next day. He is a very down to earth small town businessman and cares about his clients. His prices are extremely affordable and doesn’t try and price gouge you. If any other problems arise in the future(hopefully it doesn’t) I will definitely use his services again!!!!!!
