We won’t stay here again unless we have no other options. There should be a limit on children. Heard several people complaining about the people who come every weekend with 20 kids in 2 trailers. It was too much as they ran through other campsites, kicked soccer balls against trailers and just screamed at all hours of the day on the weekends. Parents don’t seem to care. 30 amp power, but heard they are working on 50.
Spaces are very small, and no grass, lots of sand. Space was not level, we needed 4 inches under door side tire.
However staff is very friendly.

Great place, management and owners are both really great and accommodating. Great for kids, had a pool and lots of open space. Inexpensive and located near shopping, Wells toll booth and 15mina to the beach. I will be staying here next season as well. For the price it's a good deal. Good spot. Thanks

Took 40mins for someone to come check us in for a night stay..930pm the owner knocked on our door informed us that our guests were not welcomed back and that they flipped her off and were speeding through the park. when I questioned it fully knowing my sil has never flipped the bird, shes not like that, I would though . She said "well I have it on camera so.."I said "well no worries we are out of here first thing and will never come back. This place is a dive and if you want people to obey the 5mph speed limit maybe your staff and you should slow it down on the golf carts and set a better example

Laid back, family atmosphere. A lot of older campers, so it's less rowdy. Nice pool and the playground was just redone. Solid prices and great location close to amenities, beach, and tourist areas. They also do some fun stuff like Christmas in July for the kids, but would be nice to see a little more.

Not bad for the price. Pool was Crystal clear. We tented and the spot was good. Playground needs a lot of fixing up, and up grading. Store is never open. But the management is very pleasant. Bathroom could use a facelift as well, but are functional . Showers are pay showers. We had electricity and water on the site which is a huge plus. Biggest improvement they could make would be the play ground.

Great experience! The other campers are all very personable and Buddy, the man who helped get us situated, is very sweet and accommodating. The bathroom was the cleanest I've seen in a campground, and the price was decent to boot (I paid 22/night for a tenting spot with water, calling in the day of).
If you're tenting you'll end up in a lightly wooded near the back which has some privacy, although in our case there was nothing between our site and a neighboring one (luckily we ended up spending the night with our neighbors anyway). Can't go wrong here.
