All of our project managers are certified Project Management Professionals (PMP) through PMI, the Project Management Institute. ADAIR provides complete project management services for industrial engineering, procurement and construction projects. The services include the entire spectrum from project initiation, planning, executing, controlling to closing.
ADAIR supports our clients with complete procurement services or any portion of these services as required, including bid preparation & evaluation, equipment and material take-offs, purchase requisition preparation and expediting purchased equipment. ADAIR provides comprehensive energy audits for implementation of cost reduction programs for existing facilities. Audits cover consumption of electricity, steam, gas, and other fuels and provide overall energy program development. Grassroots programs are evaluated during design to incorporate the best life cycle cost and energy conservation methods.

Services provided include site selection, alignment studies, technical support for environmental impact statements, and client representation at public hearings. We prepare feasibility studies to determine project investment potential based on preliminary engineering and financial and capital investment data specific to each project.
