Clover Meadow Winery & White Wolf Distillery
Clover Meadow offers the finest quality organic wine and brandies for those who want only the best. We are certified organic by MOSA and one of only 13 organic wineries and one of 5 organic distilleries in the entire United States. We are a certified Travel Green Wisconsin business. The operation as a whole strives to have a carbon-neutral footprint.

Our family focuses on sustainable practices which include production of our fertilizer by way of rescue horses, and picking all of our produce by hand. We also use alternative methods of weed and pest prevention by steering clear of pesticides, herbicides and added sulfites. It doesn't get much more "green" than us!
Services
Garage Wineries are "for winemakers and owners of limited production, high quality wine brands who are dedicated to their craft and wish to affordably assume more control over winemaking and promotional activities." Clover meadow is an off the grid operation producing 100% of our poser needs through wind, solar, and battery power.
We care for our wine the same way we care for our vineyards and orchards: by keeping them free of chemicals and artificial additives from seed to cork. When you purchase Clover Meadow, you're buying pure, organic wine made from the freshest local fruits and clean spring water -no sulfates, preservatives or phenols.
BARREL TYPE : MN white oak, which has the highest vanillin & sucralose content of all oak species. SENSORY NOTES : Sweet, perfectly ripened blackberries combine with roasted almonds in this smokey spirit that is great for sipping. Hints of dark chocolate and mandarin oranges can also be tasted.

SENSORY NOTES : Spicy vanilla and butterscotch come together with poached plums to create this golden colored beauty as well as white pepper and caramelized honey.SENSORY NOTES : White Wolf Distillery's own LPR; this high octane brew has a kick! After said kick, you will notice hints of apple and clover as it warms it's way down.
Uncommonly thoughtful, the delicious dishes available at the Cafe are made with top-quality ingredients which locally sourced whenever possible. From classics like the Wisconsin favorite meat & cheese tray to vegetarian sliders featuring delicious black bean patties, we strive to provide bites for every palate.

Off of the dirt road tucked back beyond the trees is a quaint winery/distillery. Surrounded by horse and big windows looking out with a wood fire stove burning in the corner. You enter and it is not like any other winery you have been too. Two rescue dogs greet you - you'll later realize they have 48 + animals in rehabilitation and all proceeds go to helping the animals and wine, liquor and brandy making is an incentive to your donation. Taste a variety of different organic homemade wine. Talk with the owners and sit back and smile over a bowl of chew-mix at how homelike you feel. There is plans

It's all about the E's.

Entertaining, eclectic, environmental and enjoyable. This was a unexpected find on TA, an organic winery! The owner was a great conversationalist and a unique and interesting person who we chatted with for almost two hours. It was fun learning the history of the place and about their animal rescue. We like sweet wines and the tastings were generous and all delicious. My husband enjoyed the brandy tasting too!

Such a fun winery with a rustic vibe and a wide selection of wines. The staff is very friendly- don't let the very dry sense of humor fool you. We come every time we're at the cabin.

2 stars for Beautiful grounds & rescuing horses, nice building. Friendly gal behind counter. Long haired fella....oh so rude.
Wines just not good. Asked for 2 different wine tastes to decided which bottle and he seemed highly annoyed so we picked a randdom...the rubarb. Was terrible...everyone has different tastes but wasn't for us 4. Think the rudeness of gentlemen set the tone first, went down hill from there. Sorry won't be back.

I fell in love with this place the moment we walked in! We were invited by a friend to go along to listen to live music on a Saturday afternoon. Boy am I glad we decided to go!! I have to admit, I don't know much about wine.... what a great place to learn without the intimidation factor of feeling stupid. Super friendly staff were so willing to make great suggestions, and we sampled plenty of wines to find just what we liked. The appetizers were amazing as well.... we shared a platter of meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, crackers, etc.... delicious! We will definitely be back!

Finding Clover Meadow Winery was an exciting addition to our up North trip. Clover Meadow is unique in the fact that they house and treat rescued animals, including horses and dogs. Some of these animals are walking around the property and you are able to pet them! All proceeds from the homemade wines, moonshines, and brandies go to the rescue. I believe it was the owner who greeted us right away and directed us to our table after showing us around. It is a cool experience coming to Clover Meadow, as it is an untraditional winery and displays a country, lax vibe. This place is 1 of only 13 organic
