I’ve been a customer of Details for the past few years, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experiences. They are the ones out of many that I did my lashes correctly. I also had my eyebrows micro bladed in 2019., and they are still perfect and I get asked all the time where I have them done. I haven’t even needed a touch up. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Heather has been my skin care specialist & lash technician for years, and she is absolutely amazing. I will never trust anyone else to touch my skin or lashes. She always takes her time, and is a perfectionist. She has made me love the skin I'm in, and she truly cares for all her clients tremendously. I 100% recommend her for anything - waxing, facials, laser or even spray tanning. She is an expert in everything she has to offer.

I have been going to Heather since the day she opened for business. I have done facials, waxing, and eyelash extensions. She does excellent work each time and is very honest. She listens to your needs and concerns and gives very detailed recommendations. Heather is very nice and i enjoy going to her!

Horrible business! I had an appointment and drove over an hour to get there. The girl never showed for work so I couldn't receive my treatment. Their internet was down so I never got a call saying not to come. The girl was extremely rude and unapologetic. She lied also and said they were under a state of emergency. Do not give them

My wife made an appointment in the morning, went there and the door was locked. She stood outside for 10 minutes and knocked on the door. Finally she came home and called them. I listened to the conversation she had on the phone (speaker phone). The young women said they were there at the appointment time and did not understand why the door was locked and no one answered. I do not think anyone was there, or they showed up late, but have no proof. However when my wife was speaking with the young woman on the phone, she started getting rude. She said that my wife could reschedule for later

Heather has transformed my eyebrows, plucked and ruined since the fashion of the 80s to thin lines. Eyebrows are the gateway to ones face and I had no gateway. I spent at least 10-15 mins every morning with a brush and pot of brow powder. Disaster!!!!!!!!! Heather has given me the brows I had many years ago and even my husband, who can't tell when I've had a haircut noticed them when I got home. At work the next Monday, people kept telling me that there was something "different" about me. It was great!!! Heather has also done facials on me; lovely, nurturing facials

I've been to Heather before for lashes, which she does an impeccable job with but most recently I tried her for a spray tan just in time for New Year's Eve. I've had other spray tans before but again what sets Details Day Spa and Heather apart from anywhere else is her attention to the details. Most places that do a personal airbrush tan simply spray you down and you leave sticky, then you're counting down the hours until you can shower. However, the experience you receive at Details will make you never want to go anywhere else. After applying the spray tan to each section

Heather has been doing my lashes for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. My whole life I have had short lashes :( but Heather makes them look long, full and best of all NATURAL. People always tell me I have nice eyelashes and are surprised when I say they're not real (I won't lie..lol). But trust me, once you go to Details Day Spa, you probably won't go anywhere else. :)
