From the Service Tech to the Office Personnel, I was impressed from the beginning. There was a problem with getting a part to repair my A/C & couldn't be done till the following day, but my A/C did fail just before 5 pm & the Tech still made it out by 8:30 the same evening & did his very best to locate the part he needed. He returned the following morning as quickly as he was able & was very productive with his time & got the job done quickly without wasting time.

Very disappointed with this business! The company is dishonest! Had my ac compressor go out, and it was still under warranty. The technician even informed me that the unit and compressor was still under warranty. It should be noted my unit is only 3 years old. This company charged me 754.00 to replace my compressor. The total charge came out to 954.00. I personally went to the business office, and inquired as to how would I be reimbursed for the compressor since it was still under warranty. The office assistant told me that I will not be getting compensation for the cost of my compressor, and that

We just had our new air conditioner installed by Air Comfort and want to say how great this company is. We had four quotes by four different companies before we decided on this company. We had a lower quote prior to Francisco coming out to evaluate our system and take measurements for installation. He quote that was not the lowest but the company that had the lowest estimate was no longer available. One of the companies bids was three thousand dollars above Air Comfort for a lower rated air conditioning unit so we eliminated that company quickly. Another company gave a quote which was higher

First off let me start by saying Rachelle was extremely kind and helpful with setting up an appointment to have the technician Cesar come out and diagnose my AC problem. When Cesar came out he thoroughly inspected my AC and found the problem with the unit let me add he was very professional and extremely patient explaining every detail in terms I was able to understand as I am not an air-conditioning technician. My thermostat was completely blank one day after turning on my AC. Replaced it, and nothing happened. Call AirComfort completely expecting an appointment in a few days. The sent out a Tech, the same day, around my schedule. Although it took 2 trips to finally figure out the issue, and a day of installation, which they did beautifully, i am cool n happy. I will recommend them to anyone I can qnd use them any time i need service or repair. FINALLY, after 5 years and multiple companies, i am happy. Honesty, customer service and they are incredibly nice. Thank you Air Comfort!!
