At Avalon Wellness, we offer Life Coaching to partner with you to achieve your goals related to relationships, health, wellness and fitness, career changes or projects and dreams that you want to see come to fruition. As a Life Coach, MarChessa strongly believes that each person has a divine purpose and journey.
Promote your inner calm with either personalized sessions, couple coaching or our weekly group class called the Core N More class. Core N More class includes Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, and hand weights. Our current class is on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm. The location is the M K Gallery at 404 W. Main St in Denison (parking on the side street by gazebo), The cost is $40 a month or $10 a class.
