The most unfortunate to use this terminology "ghetto" primary care I have ever witnessed . The staff always look upset an as if they don't care about their job . There appearance is completely unprofessional at times some will wear bonnets and just look awful . The doctor is always gone ! Every time I book with him he has left early , had a family emergency , or isn't there at all . The PA is completely unprofessional , rude and sweats really bad . I had a friend go because she was suicidal and the doctor she scheduled with left . Staff didn't care at all until she ran

11 November 2020, STAY AWAY! Why can I not rate "0" stars? I have been seen at this office the past 2 years and everytime I come in for a scheduled appointment, I wait a MINIMUM of 40mins in the lobby before called back. It's after 11am as I write this in the lobby today and I came in for a 10am appointment. When called back they take my weight, BP and temperature THEN I'll wait at least another 20mins before I'm seen by the Dr. Best of luck trying to call and schedule an appointment, I literally have to call multiple times a day sometimes multiple days before someone answers the phone, I have

I do not recommend coming to this doctor's office. back in 2019, I booked and appointment for a regular check up. They booked it as something else, where I was charged over $300. After the insurance pay out I owed $140. After many phone calls, and one year later, the insurance figured out the issue and the bill was supposed the be $26. When i confronted the officer with this information, they were rude, and dismissive. After 30 minutes or so they called back with their tail between their legs, apologizing saying I do only owe $26.
I almost had to pay a $120 difference for nothing. DO NOT COME

Dr. Patrick Evivie is a horrible doctor. For that reason alone do not go anywhere he practices. After coming in with LEVEL 10 headaches which ended up being a serious condition he provided less than 0 care. The nurse at Primecare Medical that saw me was excellent, let me be clear. But after waiting, for over 30 minutes (mind you I had an appointment) in the lobby, an additional 20 in the patient room, the "doctor" came in with 0 empathy and care about the issues I had. He was in my room for LESS THAN 2 MINUTES, and said he would order "tests". He never told me what tests, for what reason, possible

Dr. Evevie as an Internist we are grateful for your medical degrees and various background experience giving us more than an M.D. in our community for us. My husband and I are grateful to have found you. Moving more than a few times in the United states can be frustrating, But this experiences has taught us what we want to find for a doctor. Various type of doctors have worked over the years. To many as a matter of fact. From my experience in the last 4 years we have learned an INTERNIST are valuable assets to our aging bodies. Iliminate various specialist until we need one. So grateful for these

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I have called and left messages and no one never returns the call. The office coordinator is very rude and unprofessional. My dad was in hospital and hospital staff called and left message and the never returned hospital call. When you call to set up appointment they never answer and you have to call about ten times to get an answer. I highly do not recommend this facility.

Wait time is 2 hrs even with a scheduled appointment. Dr Patrick Evidence waits 4-6 weeks for following up for labs that comes back within 2 weeks. He doesn’t remember the original reason why I came in even though he has the records in front of him. He didn't try to help find the root cause.
Prescriptions are sent in to the pharmacy without informing patient why the medication is needed.
There is lack of communication to patients when there is a delay and doctors are running behind. Inconsistent, inconsiderate, unreliable and more.

All they want is your money. Doctor/owner tried to run a million tests on my son who wasn't even running a fever so they could file more with the insurance. Said he checked him for trush when he didn't even look in his mouth. Lady at the front desk was also very rude and filed insurance wrong so it got kicked back.

My patient privacy and confidentiality was violated . I had been going there for about 8 years. I thought I had a trusting relationship between My health care providers. My health condition was discussed out loud to everyone who wanted to hear it in the examination area while I was getting my blood pressure check by one of their assistant , after I asked her nicely to be careful of touching my sore, weak arm on the left side, after she had placed her hand on my left shoulder and arm directing me toward the chair she wanted me to sat on. I lost my balance and stumped over to the sitting area. She
