I lived at Sunrise for right at a year and I must say I enjoyed my stay with them! Hayley and Courtney were awesome and did their absolute best to get things fixed in a timely manner. I had one problem that took forever to be taken care of but I feel they did their best to get it taken care of. I will definitely recommend them to others and wouldn’t mind living in the Sunrise at Fairgrounds Complex again if I had to! Thanks for going y’all absolute BEST Hayley & Courtney! ❤️

Place is decently nice. Parking is non-existent, but that's not unusual for an apartment complex. They never build enough parking. My main issue is, if you have a problem and attempt to put in a work order, my best guess on a time frame for the repair to actually happen is somewhere between 2 months and never.

I lived at these apartments for a year, and I loved every second of it! They are beautiful apartments, and nice people are in charge. They are always there to help you, when something goes wrong, and do their best getting it done within the same day! I highly recommend these apartments if you want a first time apartment, or looking for a second chance! These are the guys to go to!

Bad place to live people, I had the difficulty to live here for 6months.
Stuff ppl from the apt had the right to enter my apt at any moment and move my things or change the TV systems, antena or the internet to a different one!
And they never changed the TV systems for a better one, it was always a cheaper.
Had issues with cucarachas has well, even tho I was a clean guy insects were there.
One time the office girls gave me a $50 reward car for the all the inconveniences I had at the apartment, thats why I am giving this review 1 star.
