The Rubin Family has lived in the Charleston area since the late 90s. Greg and his wife Olivia worked in the Charleston hospitality industry for many years before seeking careers outside the food service industry. Working for himself was always been a dream of Greg's, and in August of 2013, Champion Pest Management opened its doors.
Before taking the step into small business, Greg worked as a leader, technician, and top salesman for a national pest control company. Honesty, hard work, and determination have laid the ground work for a thriving, growing, local, family operated, pest control business. At Champion Pest Management, we are family, and so are you.

Champion Pest Management offers Residential Pest Control on a quarterly basis, and and Commercial Pest Control on a monthly rotation. Our treatment plan is designed to protect your home or business from pests while also being environmentally responsible. Why a Quarterly Pest Control Program? A quarterly pest control plan that stays proactive and ahead of the pests is what we strive for at Champion Pest Management.
Champion Pest Management offers both Termite Protection and Termite Service Plans to help protect your home or office. With both plans, our certified, licensed, and insured technician will complete a free thorough inspection. Upon inspection, the technician will draw up a contract proposal for either a Treatment Service Plan or a Treatment Protection Plan.
According to the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), "At least 61 different species of mosquitoes exist in South Carolina." In order for mosquito larvae to grow, Mosquitoes need a water source. Mosquitoes have evolved to use all different kinds of water: ponds, puddles, tree holes, swamps, and salt marshes just to name a few.

My family has been using Champion for about 3 years. He does a great job and understands that each customer's needs are different, and caters his service to them.
We are sensitive to what chemicals go in our… house and Greg took the time to explain our options and found a treatment plan that we felt comfortable with while remaining effective.
His quarterly service has been prompt, and when we our new pine straw brought an infestation of unwelcome guests last year, he was SUPER response and kept following up with us until the situation was under control.
