Although the general install process with Creator Stone was acceptable for the $25,000+ spent with this company, our service experience was horrible. We had issues with certain areas of the Cambria product we purchased, and after requesting service from Creator and not being able to get a return phone call after waiting four weeks, we eventually called Cambria direct. Cambira responded within 24 hours and scheduled a service appointment within 5 days. Jeremy eventually responded with a text message informing us that he was too busy with new business (typical Nashville "serial entrepreneur") and

The absolute best granite fabricator and installer in the business. Honest, professional, and quality craftsmanship all delivered in a timely manner. I'm usually skeptical of contractors and people doing work inside my house, but these folks were up front about everything and so easy to deal with. An overall outstanding experience.
