Awesome company to deal with! When I had issues with the hub and broke a camera (totally my fault) they sent me replacements out the next day free of charge! All they asked is that I send them back the old hardware free of charge to me!

This is the one and only system you need for your home or business for the ultimate protection and peace of mind. With other systems, always getting alerts on your phone for detections you always want to check but with Deep Sentinel no need to worry because if there's a true problem at hand guards will take care of it and let you know immediately. The system is super easy to install on your own and wireless capabilities really is a game changer. Sale Rep did not understand my needs, but focused on selling the products and services that do not answer my needs.
Cancellation is not smooth like Amazon does. Tons of work for cancellation.
1. I Cancel an order within 3 business days is not good enought. Deep Sentinel did not stopped the shipment, did not remove the charge from my credit card even before the equipment arrived my door. I had to work with FedEx to refuse to receive, asked the shipment back to Sender, dispute the charge on my credit card, etc.
2. Deep Sentinel really wants to make a case - you receive the equipment, so that

I had Deep Sentinel for 1.5 years. The system constantly goes down. And you aren't even notified. I've had the hub offline over night without ever known (no notifs). I constantly have to get new hubs or new batteries because the hub won't charge batteries - and the batteries won't charge even in a hub that is supposed to be working. Then during all the drama of this last time that the system did not work they tell me that they hadn't charged me for monitoring since September 2020 (their mistake b/c I was never contacted or billed) so they turned off monitoring (and notified

Deep sentinel is the best investment we have made for our own personal safety. The set up is easy, and the batteries last for at the least a month so there is really little upkeep. I know for myself and my partner we are able to rest easier knowing that we use deep sentinel to protect our home.

I can't say how much I appreciate Deep Sentinel! The peace of mind that comes with a team of folks watching over my home 24/7 is unmatched by any other camera system. This is an incredible service that has changed how I feel about my family’s personal safety. We had an expensive wired security system installed when we moved in, but because of Deep Sentinel we never felt the need to activate it. The only reason for 4 stars is that I think the hardware could use some improvement. Customer service has been excellent in replacing cameras as needed, but I think some further development for reliability could be used. Despite this, I am 100% confident in this system and the people behind it.

Deep Sentinel is a great, perhaps the best, home security system on the market today. Not only do we feel safer when we are at home, we also feel safe when we are away on vacation. Is it perfect? No, but nothing on the market is and anything that told you otherwise would be lying to you. This is the closest product to perfect. We were early adopters of the system and would now recommend anyone to upgrade to the solar battery option, as it does get cumbersome swapping out the batteries every other week. I will look into upgrading hopefully soon when there is a sale.

I recently installed a Deep Sentinel system on my home as there have been a rash of recent thefts from people's garages and back yards. I must say I am completely impressed with the solution. Having live guards watching our home and my children has given me the best nights sleep a long time. And to me the price for what you actually get is a complete steal.

Maybe most importantly, our teen daughter wasn't concerned at all when we left her alone at the house during a two-week trip. She said Deep Sentinel made her feel safe during her first real taste of "adulting." That made for a much more enjoyable two weeks-for all of us.

I installed Deep Sentinel on my Cannabis Dispensary in Northern California. Last night was the third time in less than 6 months they interrupted an intruder on my property. I recommend this product to anyone who is looking to for surveillance that is monitored after hours for any type of business. Well worth the money. I sleep better every night knowing someone is always watching!

I use Deep Sentinel for close to 2 years now! I'm very happy with it so far. I like when I'm more connected to my home even when I'm not around! Couple of time they even asked me when I took my own packages from the front door and entered through the garage! 🙂 Planning to upgrade the batteries to the bigger ones so it will last longer. I would recommend the system to everyone, who is looking to get a wireless camera.

Deep Sentinel gives us peace of mind that there is always a live guard watching our home.
