We got our start in Atlanta in 1998 when an self-proclaimed geek girl, who was in eighth-grade at the time, first realized her passion for programming and design.

Hypepotamus is the go-to source of startup and technology news, interviews, events, job listings, and resources. The site showcase the founders, students, innovators, companies, and investors that are proud to call the Southeast home. We designed and developed the site for Hypepotamus and continue to supply website support and maintenance.

In the Winter of 2020, Excite was hired to run social media for the release of Banksy & The Rise of Outlaw Art, a documentary that tells the story of the infamous street artist, Banksy. We handled the overall digital marketing strategy, graphic design, content creation, social media advertising, fan engagement, and press outreach for the film.
Excite has an open position for marketing/graphic design intern for Fall 2021. This position will be assistant our director of strategy in writing content and designing graphics for websites and social media campaigns, will also help with creating marketing strategies, campaign monitoring, and reporting.

We've now worked with Emma and her team on four documentary feature projects, for which Excite have handled press and social media campaigns, and we'll be back again. Despite the time difference (we're a UK-based production company), we've found the experience wholly rewarding with far stronger engagement and end results than the closer-to-home competition. We have a part-time marketing team of one and do not know what we would do without Emma and Excite Creative Studios. Even if we had a full team, we would want Emma by our side. She makes herself readily available, no matter the scope of the project. She is very attentive, always making us feel like her only client. I’m not sure where to start in describing how great Emma Loggins and Excite Creative Studios are to work with, but let’s start with - this isn’t your average design firm. When Emma came on to do our site re-design a few years ago we were still playing clean up from a significant hack that had previously brought the whole site down for weeks. At this point we thought we were clear but there were still hacked files which were affecting rankings.
