Services
Please let our office know if your dental insurance has changed at least 1 week prior to your child's scheduled appointment. You will receive an itemized treatment plan electronically on the day of your child's appointment, prior to the scheduled appointment time, which will list the planned procedures (for example, examination, cleaning and fluoride treatment) as well as the estimated insurance payment and any co-payment.
Dr. Zaul and Dr. Smith of Burlingame Pediatric Dentistry are Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. They both were born and raised in California. They also attended college, dental school, and their pediatric dentistry residency training programs in California. Dr. Zaul is a Bay Area native who obtained her BS in Microbiology at UC Davis.

Love love love Burlingame Pediatric Dentistry!! Not only is the office itself wonderfully decorated but the staff is kind and amazing. My son went for his first appointment with Dr. Smith and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wish it was open to adults. Everyone that works there is helpful, informative and best of all great with kids. It is safe and clean. My son cannot wait to go back. After we left he told me he loved the dentist! Looking forward to more great visits there!

My daughter has been going since 2.5 and they have been amazing. Recently, I put off a check-up and my daughter showed signs of a cavity. I received a call from the dentist the day after mentioning this to the receptionist (who called me to set up an appointment). Given covid-19, I expressed my reluctance to come-in (plus I am out of town currently), and the dentist called me to address all my concerns and helped me figure out what steps to take next based on my description of my daughter's condition. Dr. Zaul and the office staff were so good with my little one. He wasn’t afraid of the dentist at all and really loved the goody bag they gave us after the visit with a new toothbrush, floss picks, toothpaste and little stuffed lion. They followed strict COVID protocols and made us feel safe. We are looking forward to our next visit!

I took my 4 year old son here for his first dentist appointment and it went really well! They have an awesome tent that my song adored and several toys that he loved playing with. They also had coloring and books in the waiting room. The staff was very professional and knowledgable. The tech was super patient trying to get xrays and always had a smile on her face. We had great small talk with the dentist and she was able to examine, polish, and floss my son's teeth. She also answered all our questions. I HIGHLY recommend Burlingame Pediactric Denistry! From the moment we walked in the door, my 23 month old son felt comfortable and began playing with all the toys. The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming. The dentist was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made my son’s first experience at the dentist a great one!
