Tully Products occupies a modern well-equipped 10,000 square foot facility located on Grand Island, NY; conveniently located near Niagara Falls and Buffalo, NY. You will find our plant fully equipped with all the right tools to design, make your molds, and produce your vacuum formed trays.

We have been making vacuumed trays for over 35 years and what sets us apart from the other guys is that we can produce smaller quantities (100 pieces and up) at reasonable prices.We can also handle large volume trays and packaging for a fraction of what our competitors offer. Blister Packaging is a pre-formed type of plastic packaging that creates a small cavity for the consumer good in the package. We gang run your blister cards with other cards to make smaller quantity orders more affordable. Our steel rule die shop makes cutting dies to cut out your blisters and make your sealing dies.

Clamshells are pre-formed clear plastic packages that have a cavity for a product and a card. You drop the card and product into the clamshell, fold it, snap it together, and it is ready to hang up in the store. Clamshells can be more than just snapped together, they can be glued together or sonic-welded together for a significantly more tamper-proof and theft-resistant package.

Vacuum forming is the process of heating a sheet of plastic to a specific temperature onto a mold. The plastic is held onto the mold with a vacuum between the surface of the mold and the sheet of plastic. Our specialty is 0.20 flocked styrene trays and inserts, stocking most of the major colors in the industry.

They are custom formed plastic trays, formed to fit your products or parts with one or multiple cavities. Industrial Trays include custom trays, salesman kits, tool trays, work trays, and much more. We have the ability to use wood and or epoxy molds. We also make our own steel rule dies to cut the trays out.
