I wish I could give them MORE than 5 stars. From the minute I walked in I was greeted kindly and offered a water/pop from the reception staff. The waiting are is so comfortable.
The Professional tax preparer (Kelly Van Dyke) took the time to explain to me, in ways I understood, what the process looked like and what all the numbers meant. They spent the extra time going through my paperwork diligently, ensuring I get the most back on my tax return.
I was treated as a human during their busiest tax time and not just pushed aside and made to feel like a bother. They answered any and all questions

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I normally don’t do this but i had a really bad experience with the person who did my taxes. She was not professional and i had to call her just to make sure she didn’t forget about us. I will probably not coming back next year, one bad experience was enough.
