Located in Lexington Park, Maryland, we are the best moving company in the area. We offer services that originate within or are on route to the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.

Local moves are designated as those which originate and terminate in Maryland. Price is usually based on an hourly rate determined by the number of crew necessary to complete the work. Binding rates may be available but are based on strict conditions. For moves originating and terminating in two different states.

If you are using a credit card to pay for your move, we require you to complete the Credit Card Authorization Form (see #5 above) or provide your credit card information to your customer service representative by phone at least 24 hours prior to the start of your move.Pre-authorization of the estimated amount is required and will be completed 24-48 hours before services begin.

Remove all permanently affixed items from walls (drapes, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, etc). Remove fragile and loose items from drawers, including high value items (jewelry, money, important documents, etc). If paying in cash or with certified funds (travelers checks, cashiers check) withdraw enough to cover the move and potential overages.

Accessorial - Additional services provided that were not previously anticipated or charged. Agent - Company working for a carrier to supply local services such as packing and storage. Binding Estimate - Estimated charges are guaranteed. Charges cannot change despite additional services, except in the case of a shipment that must be put into SIT as a result of non-payment at delivery.
