Crescere understands that this is your tax return and you should participate in the preparation of your return. What we mean is simply, your tax return is not a secret. You should be able to ask questions about why your tax return is the way it is. We believe in the interview process where we ask you questions and you answer and you can ask us questions and we answer.
We understand that bookkeeping and the paperwork involved in running a business can be stressful and distracting. Our job is to take on those tasks and free you (the business owner) to focus on what you do best - meeting customer needs and growing a successful business. Our commitment is to perform the tasks entrusted to us with professional skill, integrity and accuracy.
Avoid the costly problems associated with employee discipline and termination by having a complete employee manual that outlines all the rules, benefits, and consequences of not working in the company's best interest. If you were going to do it yourself, you would already have done so last week, month, or year.
Crescere Group can provide representation services to you if you need help with the IRS. Many people need some assistance when working with the IRS for both good and bad reasons. The IRS can be difficult to work with because they are over-worked themselves and do not have all the resources necessary to provide quick and accurate services to you.
There are no legal documents to file to start your own business under this structure. It is strongly recommended that you register the business name with the county clerk's office. If you require guidance or other general help in getting started, we will charge a flat fee of $200 - this will include the clerk's cost to record your "dba."

Received our refund today after filing our taxes through Ron on the 13th. Took only 7 days! Ron was extremely efficient and quick with our taxes and responds to our emails timely. We scheduled an appointment with him early morning and he was able to finish everything in less than an hour for our joint taxes and multiple state taxes. I truly believe what he said: paying for better use of our time is better than spending hours or maybe days loathing on applications such as TurboTax, especially if we have multiple items to file. finding someone that is responsive , knows their field of expertise well, is responsive, and efficient is no easy feat, but that is exactly what Ron delivers. I have done my Taxes in several different places over the years, I even tried doing them myself at one point, but sitting in with Ron I really felt comfortable, you can tell that he knows what he's talking about!

I had a tax situation that needed a CPA. I usually do my own taxes and had an issue with the ACA subsidies. I got subsidies and found out later I was not supposed to get them. This made everything confusing since now I had to repay back the subsidies that I shouldn’t have gotten in the first place. I tried doing my taxes first but the different software’s I was using was telling me I didn’t have to pay back the subsidies. I knew this was wrong and didn’t want to submit with an inflated return since I could be audited. I looked online and that didn’t help. Everyone was saying different

Ron was super knowledgeable and very fast. Well worth paying him to do our taxes, worth every penny. In the past I have done them every year and it takes forever, I can’t believe I wasted so much time. We got a larger refund than we expected and he was fun to work with, too.
