Therapy sessions are focused on helping you attain the healing and change you seek. I'll support you in the important work of gaining insight into yourself and your issues, and exploring effective ways to approach life's challenges. As we work together toward your goals, you may decide that including interventions such as EMDR or guided imagery will help you in your journey.

I do not work with insurance companies, but I can provide you with a comprehensive statement of services on a monthly basis, which you can then submit to your insurer for possible partial or full reimbursement.
