Thomas came over to look at our yard which had a standing water issue. We hired Graham to grade our yard and put in French drain. They came out with a bulldozer and somewhat flattened yard but did not use any measuring and put in drain. It rained and water right next to drain was standing. I texted Thomas and called. He acknowledged yard not sloped properly. He also was supposed to put pre-emergent in back yard and give quote on tree removal in front. We had discussed multiple phases. The worst landscaping company ever. They park right in front of the stop sign to the neighborhood with their big truck and equipment so all of the cars have to go around it! This is very dangerous. I don't know why anyone would use them. I would never!

We had Graham completely do our front yard a few years ago. Very disappointed. The sprinkler system has not worked correctly. They sent out someone to look at it a few times, the last time I asked about 3 of the sprinkler heads sticking up 3 inches above the ground even when the sprinkler system is off (which by the way we have to manually turn off and on) and was told to just cover with bark o mulch. Are you kidding. Also they could not get to our yard until September and I felt we got the end of the year shrubbery, plus the maple tree never did come through. They offered us one at a much higher

Just a suggestion maybe don't cut off people on the road when you are driving a billboard for your company? If you do lawns as well as you drive I feel sorry for your customers and neighborhoods...

No respect for the neighborhood. Crew was here at 7am on Saturday with gas powered equipment. Crew had ear silencers on because I am sure they know how loud their equipment is. Tried to call their number to complain but no luck- guess they like to sleep in on Saturdays.

I don't use them but they block my driveway everytime they work on my neighbors lawn across the street. Very inconsiderate.

Does the job the right way. Fast, reliable service, and I have been extremely satisfied with the way everything has taken care of. Awesome people!

In October 2017 Graham Landscape in Eugene, OR did an "Irrigation system optimization/water conservation project" on my outdoor watering system. This included all new low flow sprinkler heads, drip lines etc. They told us they stand behind their work and offer 1 year warranty on parts and labor for the optimization project.
After the install everything worked well. The last week of June 2018 the system timer would disregard the program on one station making it come on randomly. On June 27, 2018 after returning home from an overnight trip, our neighbors told us the system on that station

We hired Jordan at Graham Landscape to renovate the decking around our pool at our apartment complex in Albany. It was a pretty big job. We did go out to bid and Graham was competitive. It was a little scary because the existing decking was cracked and super old. We were afraid of what issues might arise after the old decking was removed. Nothing happened. The pool looks soooo much better it's hard to believe it's the same pool. He also put up a new fence for us at a great rate. He was always quick to respond to concerns and willing to adjust the job to accommodate a budget.

Quick scheduling and service. They were able to come out the same day. Jordan, the owner took real good care of us.

I, too, had hired Graham because of the recommendation from the former owner. First year, it was okay. He came out walked around then charged a bit more than the former. Next year, it was more for the same 5 minute walkaround and do the EWEB check. Last year walk around, EWEB, and a bunch more....$65.00!! for turning on water. This year, Paid their $65.00, got billed a second time. I had not changed their address for my bank. They dunned me. Then I got a call from EWEB. I've hired Graham a couple of times now for lawn sprinkler related jobs, and I could not be more pleased. We've worked with a few independent lawn contractors and a couple of incorporated ones, and have generally been disappointed with irregular dependability, low quality and consideration for the customer. Great customer service! I was checking my sprinkler system for the summer and realized my back sprinkler valve was not working as the water would not shut off. I called Graham Landscaping and Dean came right over (after work hours) and not only fixed the valve, but also replaced a sprinkler head! He did not charge me for this service and I was incredibly grateful. He was very professional and informative. Graham Landscaping now has my business!

I am seldom pleasantly surprised by contractors but am very pleased to report on an exceptional experience with Graham Landscaping and Design today. I took the day off to get some yard work done and had lined up a couple of contractors to give be some bids and advice on a variety of yard projects including thoughts on improving my drip system. These folks are the WORST. We had a great guy who retired, and sold his business to Graham. (The fact that he had to buy another maintenance business should have tipped us off that there was a problem.)

We've had him do about three lawn jobs for us. He's messed up every one. Drove a tractor over our lawn, creating huge (and ongoing) issues with underground lines and the overall slope of the lawn. Totally failed to repair some dead spots in the lawn; we eventually gave up and sprinkled some seed down and it worked just fine.
