I had amassed a pile of computer issues at my house, from missing/misplaced files to OneDrive issues, from update needs to Wi-Fi woes. Chris showed up, took a seat, and worked through my lengthy list, resolving everything. He patiently and thoroughly answered my questions. He recommended a Wi-Fi router system for me and came back to get that up and running as well. I couldn't have asked for more. For a pro house call, the price seems reasonable, too.
