Very unprofessional company!!!!! I purchased double pane windows and sliding doors for my entire home during a remodel. Once they were installed I noticed there is large dust streaks between the glass as if they were not properly prepared and cleaned. I contacted someone by the name of Wendy which identified herself as the office manager. Very unprofessional and lacks in customer service I am hoping the owners are aware of the verbal abusive manner she speaks to customers. BEWARE if you conduct business with them expect nothing but defective merchandise which they are not willing to rectify

I bought several windows from here that were okay for the price. In one order the window was chipped and because I had already loaded them on the truck they said they were not responsible anymore and they charged me just for them to fix it. Overall windows are okay, not the best. However, I am giving them a 1 star because of the front office staff that needs improvement on their attitude. These 2 front office ladies have extremely awful customer service and don't really seem to care much about their clients. It will definitely ruin the owner's business. If it weren't for them I would give them

I made the wrong choice to give them a chance to provide me with new windows at one of my property and I received not only a very poor quality, but also a rude and unprofessional behavior from them especially Wendy.
I asked Wendy if she received the photos I sent. She said yes but there was nothing she could do.

I ordered a window for my house and I called and emailed dimensions of width and length to secretary of WMB windows of Ontario, CA..When they called the dimensions were completely different...I spoke with management and they refused to make it write and accept responsibility for their mistake!! Would never do business again with this company!! Poor communication and they did not own up to their mistake!!
