Nelson's Speed Shop, a Michigan Powersports Dealer was recently acquired by Ed Richter and his Lakeside Motor Sports staff. They are excited to serve West Michigan and the entire state with honest, upfront pricing that customers have come to love at Lakeside. We carry several brands and styles of modular aluminum docks to easily meet your shoreline needs. A wide variety of dock accessories that you can place anywhere along the side of your dock system.

They had a 5 star review from me after my experience of buying my sled. Since then they worked on my sled and my Arctic Cat Brand tunnel bag fell off during the first ride out. I know they had the bag off to access the battery but I wasn't smart enough to make sure they had the cam locks secured properly. Now I'm out a $200 bag and $400+ worth of gear.

Nelsons service department is seriously lacking. I’ve bought 3 machines from Nelsons in the past and have never used their service department before. After buying a 2021 general xp from them I had a couple warranty issues that needed to be addressed. After waiting three months for for the part to come in I was informed they would need the machine for two weeks ( replace the fender and inspect belt rubbing). I waited until the twelfth day before I called and was informed they hadn’t even looked at it yet. In hearing this I informed the service manager I’d pick the machine up and do the work

I had a great experience with Nelson's Speed Shop! My old sled broke down and I had a trip coming up the following weekend - within two days I had a brand new Ski-Doo delivered across the state to my door, in an enclosed trailer. They even made a trip out the next day just to get me extra fluids, spark plugs, and a spare belt right before I left for the trip. Bob Hoose and the team over at Nelson's are great and I wouldn't hesitate purchasing from them again!

Bought a sled here....easy process the whole way through. My mom found out I was buying it, and called down to have the track studded for my birthday as a surprise, and they got that and the tunnel protection done super fast. I was surprised and confused (in a good way) when my new sled had studs. Lol. All these guys here are cool, my salesman was Sam....real nice guy.
Really good experience here, wanted to give them credit. Great group of people.
