We hired them to use hydro jetting service for the drain in our restaurant the service man said it was warranty for one year, we called the customer service that our drain was flooded again she said the warranty is covered only 90days. If you call around or search for other companies for this service most of them warranty is 1 year. For a small family business owner this type of expense is a lot for us. Why would they do stuff like this to people.

Would like to thank Downey Plumbing for outstanding service. Marcus and Tomas did exceptional work on our leak in our pipe outside our home.
