Responded to my query within 24 hrs. but they insisted that we buy the motor and track from them (after their $ markup).
They refuse to install the exact same parts sold for less cost at Home Depot, Amazon, etc.
They seem to not care about building relationships with customers or fellow pros.
We ended up finding a more-agreeable provider on Yelp instead and were happier hiring another company.
