What type of toothbrush should I use? The brand of the toothbrush is not as critical as the type of bristle and the size of the head. A soft toothbrush with a small head is recommended because medium and hard brushes tend to cause irritation and contribute to recession of the gums, and a small head allows you to get around each tooth more completely and is less likely to injure your gums.

Kristi is the sweetest hygienist and Dr. McPherson is great. Everyone is very kind and helpful, I feel listened to when I ask questions, and I feel like I am getting the best care for my teeth when I go. Highly recommend!

Husband Spent $7500 plus to have teeth fixed. Partials have broken. Multiple crowns fell out. Over 12 hours of repair work of him trying to fix not to have it hold. Another Crown fell out today. Quality of work is not good. Last Crown that he repaired fell out again 3rd time and he tried to charge us again for. After we refused he recharged insurance for. Look for a dentist who will stand behind his work. Do not recommend

I LOVE going to Dr. McPherson's office! His staff is top-notch (they greet me by name the moment I walk in the door), my hygienist (Christy - I probably spelled it wrong) is delightful and amazing with my teeth and my kids. Dr. McPherson offers affordable whitening and solved my associated teeth sensitivity issues with a prescription toothpaste that no other dentist's office previously suggested. The office is incredibly welcoming and the location in New Town is a huge bonus - the perfect combination of a "small town" dentist feel (friendly, welcoming, helpful, honest) with all the bells and whistles
